Owned by the San Mateo County Community College District, the station serves the San Francisco Bay Area from studios and a transmitter both located inside and outside the ground floor (floor letter G) of building number 9 (the Library and Learning Resources Center) on the campus of the College of San Mateo on West Hillsdale Boulevard along East Perimeter Road in the southwestern section of San Mateo.
