Voltage (précédemment Radio Voltage, puis Voltage FM) est une station de radio régionale commerciale privée française diffusée en modulation de fréquence et par la radio numérique terrestre. Elle diffuse ses programmes en Île-de-France sur le 96,9 MHz.
La radio a été créée au début des années 1980 à Paris. Ses fondateurs sont Jean-Marc Cohen et son voisin et ami Yannick Urrien. Le premier studio se trouvait 22 rue Mousset-Robert, dans le 12ᵉ arrondissement de Paris. Elle partageait sa fréquence (98,0 MHz) avec Radio Rivage jusqu'en 1986. À la suite du départ de Yannick Urrien, qui quitte l'aventure de Radio Voltage pour rejoindre Radio Solidarité, Jean-Marc Cohen installe le studio de Radio Voltage dans une péniche près de la Tour Eiffel et ensuite au centre d'affaires Bonaparte au Blanc-Mesnil. Elle est de catégorie B, membre du groupement Les Indés Radios et adhérente au SIRTI. Elle appartient au Groupe 1981, dont le siège social est à Orléans, présidé par Jean-Éric Valli. Sa programmation est essentiellement, depuis septembre 2023, de la Dance Music, retrouvant ainsi son format d'origine qui fit son succès. Ses studios se trouvent rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau à Issy-les-Moulineaux.
